DPC search guide
Direct Primary Care, or DPC, uses a monthly or annual membership for a defined set of primary-care services. Start with location, then compare what each practice actually includes.
Find care near you
CashPayMed checks more than one directory because no single list is complete. You will always see which source you are opening.
Compare the membership
Two practices can both call themselves DPC and include different services. Ask the same questions before you join.
Check age-based pricing, family pricing, enrollment fees, and cancellation terms.
Ask about visit limits, same-day care, after-hours messages, telehealth, and home visits.
Find out which tests or medications are included and which are offered at a separate cash price.
Confirm whether the practice sees children, adults, Medicare patients, and the conditions important to you.
Ask how referrals, imaging, specialists, urgent care, hospitalization, and prescriptions are handled.
Confirm the practice is accepting patients. Directory information can change before the directory catches up.
Know the source
CashPayMed does not silently copy another organization’s directory. Each source remains named and linked.
DPC Frontier currently says its map contains 3,145 practices across all 50 states and Washington, DC. It labels pure, hybrid, onsite, and unknown models.
