How to read these prices. A cash price is what you pay yourself when you don't use insurance. A hospital sticker price (the gross charge) is the full list price a hospital bills insurance before any discount — almost no one pays it in full, and it usually leaves out the doctor's separate fee.
Hospital figures come from the CMS-required hospital price files. Cash figures come from named providers' public pages and stated market ranges, labeled on each row. Prices change — always confirm with the provider before you go. Nothing here is medical advice or a guaranteed quote.
