Prices and eligibility must be confirmed

A published cash price, negotiated amount, estimate, directory entry, policy, filing, calculation, or rating may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly matched, or different from the amount that applies to a particular person.

Before care, confirm directly:

• the exact procedure and code;
• the facility and location;
• inpatient or outpatient setting;
• included and excluded services;
• facility and professional fees;
• anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, and implant charges;
• cash-price eligibility and payment conditions;
• insurance coverage and network status; and
• financial-assistance eligibility.

A price displayed by CashPayMed is not a contract, guarantee, bill, or binding estimate.

Public sources and limitations

CashPayMed links to a source whenever one is available and should describe missing or uncertain information rather than inventing it.

Public data can contain errors, conflicting identities, stale files, missing dates, and incomplete locations. CashPayMed cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current, continuously available, or error-free.

If displayed information does not match its source, report a correction.

No personal account services

CashPayMed does not provide a patient portal and cannot access a medical record, insurance account, hospital account, bill, or payment.

Do not submit confidential patient, billing, insurance, identity, or payment information through the site or by email.

Third-party websites and services

CashPayMed may link to hospitals, providers, government agencies, insurers, source files, directories, or other websites.

A link identifies a source or possible next step. It is not an endorsement, referral, warranty, or guarantee. CashPayMed does not control third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, prices, or decisions.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms applicable to its source. CashPayMed does not grant rights in third-party material beyond what applicable law permits.

Reasonable use

The public site may be used for lawful personal, reporting, research, and public-interest purposes.

Do not:

• interfere with site operation;
• bypass access controls or rate limits;
• probe for confidential information;
• introduce malicious code;
• misrepresent CashPayMed data as a guaranteed patient quote;
• overload the service; or
• use the site for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

CashPayMed may correct, update, move, suspend, or remove pages, records, tools, and data releases. The site may occasionally be unavailable.

CashPayMed may revise these terms when the service or applicable practices change. Material revisions will receive a new effective date.
